2021 Pre-Order Information
After over a year of product development, the time has come to introduce The Astral Planner into the world! The Astral Planner will become available for Pre-order on a New Moon on August 18, 2020 at 6:00 PM CST. This blog post is meant to be an informative guide on our pre-orders and will be periodically updated throughout the production process. Please feel free to check back as often as you’d like to stay up to date on our production timeline!

Our website will go “dark” as we meticulously review every page one final time before launch to ensure the best functionality.

It’s launch day! Our website will go live at 6:00 PM CST sharp. Set your alarms!
The Astral Planner will be available for pre-order at a special early bird price (for a limited time). You will also be able to shop the entire first stationery collection.
Our team will be available on stand by via email at contact@astralplanner.com, our Facebook, and Instagram to assist you in placing an online order or help answer any product questions from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST.

PRODUCTION, SHIPPING and DELIVERY TIMELINE
If you had placed a planner order during our Pre-Order period, your order will ship in October or November 2020. Please note that October/November is an estimated shipping deadline and is only applicable if the shipping process runs smoothly, according to plan, and there are no unexpected delays. The essence of shipping and production is complicated. Shipments may be delayed by factors such as production delays, inventory not arriving as planned, delayed customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control due to COVID-19. With that being said, I assure you my team and I are going to be doing our very best to get your planners out to you as soon as possible. You can stay in the loop and check-in with our progress by reading our project updates. You can also keep in touch with us via our Facebook and Instagram where we post smaller updates more frequently.
If you have purchased additional items when pre-ordering your planner, we will hold your entire order until the planner arrives and then ship your entire order as a whole. This is more sustainable for the planet, saves us on packaging costs, and ensures the customer saves on shipping costs. If you would prefer not to wait, please order the stationery items separately from the planner.
