The Astral Planner is delighted to offer organizational solutions that conjointly support the mental health and strength of spirit of individuals pursuing a paradigm shift towards animal protection and sentience within the spaces of animal law and animal advocacy.
To help support the administrative needs and emotional demands that go towards this noble cause, we are honored to offer in-kind planner donations to the staff members of non-profit organizations, advocacy groups, think tanks, sanctuaries, and shelters within the US animal protection community.
If you work for an animal welfare oriented non-profit and would like to request the 2024 Edition of The Astral Planner for your staff please review the eligibility requirements below to get started.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
01. Must be legally registered as a non-profit organization within the United States and be located within the 48 contiguous states.
02. Must be actively pursuing animal welfare and protection within the fields of animal law, animal advocacy, animal rescue, wildlife conservation, etc. or-
03. Must be actively involved in pursuing initiatives in environmental protection with an end goal of benefiting non-human animals, such as climate change reform, natural habitat protection, forestation, etc.
TIMELINE
In-kind planner donation inquiries are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year. Filling out the form does not guarantee a donation. Planner donation quantities are pre-determined at the beginning of the year and are distributed to eligible non-profits on a first come, first serve basis.
FAQ’s
What product donations may I request for my staff or volunteers?
We are able to donate Imperfect Editions of the 2024 Executive Daily Planner in Signature Black and the 2024 A5 Daily Agenda in Onyx Vegan Leather. Imperfect Planners are fully usable but will have minor imperfections on the exterior covers.
How many planners may I request?
Please specify the exact number of staff or volunteers you are requesting a planner for and we will do our best to accommodate eligible applicants' requests based on available donation stock.
When will I find out if my donation request has been accepted?
We strive to provide a response within 5-7 business days from submission date. If you do not receive a notification from us within this timeframe, it indicates that we are regrettably unable to fulfill your request at this time. Re-occurring donation partners are typically approved promptly, pending the availability of the requested quantity.
If I am a local Chicago organization, can I pick up the planner donations instead?
We are not able to accommodate local pick ups at this time.

Who covers shipping?
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the requestee. We are not able to cover shipping costs. If your application is approved, we will send an invoice to the email address provided in the submission form, along with instructions on how to submit payment for shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and distance it needs to travel. It is essential to settle the shipping payment in order for us to facilitate the delivery of your donation. Failure to make the payment will result in the planners being returned to the donation pool. Once the payment is received, your donation will be promptly shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please note: We are not able to ship to non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
